Creating an issue type
Only the company admin can create new issue types. Once created, an issue type can't be deleted or edited.
The most popular issue types are available in Tracker by default. If you need something different, create a new one:
Make sure that you are logged in as an administrator in Yandex Tracker.
On the top panel in Tracker, choose → Configure Tracker.
Go to the Issue types tab.
Click Create an issue type.
Fill in the fields and click Create.
