ScanFactory Agent is a virtual machine that automatically uploads a list of public IP addresses and domains that are in your Yandex Cloud, and automatically starts tasks to analyze the security of currently published public resources.
To set up automatic security analysis of your resources using ScanFactory, follow these steps:
Install ScanFactory Agent from Yandex.Cloud Marketplace.
Create a new Virtual Machine, in the Cloud Marketplace tab select “ScanFactory Agent”.
In the Available section:
a) Create a new service account, set the roles “viewer” and “marketplace.meteringAgent”.
b) Login (required): debian
c) SSH key: Your public ssh key
d) Click “Create VM”
After starting the VM, run the command:
ssh debian@IP_ADDRESS_OF_YOUR_AGENT -i .ssh/yourkey
To register the SSH Agent, enter:
- Your mail, which will be used for authorization
- FolderID of an independent cloud
- As a result — the Agent will issue a request for a personal account, where the monitoring results will be displayed; as well as a login password. Save this data.
1-50 IP: 137 RUB per hour (~100k RUB per month)
51-100 IP: 278 RUB per hour (~200k RUB per month)
101-300 IP: 348 RUB per hour (~250k RUB per month)
301-500 IP: 486 RUB per hour (~350k RUB per month)
Now you have 49 IP addresses, every hour you will be charged 137 RUB per hour.
An hour later you have 51 IP addresses, you will be charged 278 RUB per hour.
Every hour, the ScanFactory Agent collects a list of external IP addresses, transfers them to the ScanFactory Cloud, and automatically bills the client for scanning this IP list.
