A demo dataset for getting familiar with examples of geo layers and dashboards with geo data. Prepared by Geointellect. It contains information about fast food restaurants, FMCG stores, DIY shops, pharmacies, and pickup points. It includes general statistics on the Voronezh region and detailed information on districts, index areas, and locations in Voronezh. A location is a regular hexagon with a side of 280 meters.

- Population dynamics, residential commissioning rate.
- The model for distributing potentially successful locations to open a fast food restaurant, pharmacy, FMCG store, DIY shop, or pickup point. The distribution model is based on a multi-factor analysis of the city’s geo data.
Use it with other dashboards, for example, with Basic geo analytics.
